| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je umění jako investice. Definuje a popisuje základní pojmy a hlavní aktéry figurující na trhu s uměním. Zahrnuty jsou údaje nejen ze světového trhu s uměním, ale pro srovnání jsou přiložené také údaje vztahující se k České Republice. V další části jsou popsány metody a praktické kroky, které se využívají při oceňování uměleckých děl. Ke konci práce jsou uvedeny strategie pro investice do umění a předpokládaný vývoj trhu s uměním do budoucna. |

The thesis works not only with the world concept of the art market, but also brings information about the art market in the Czech Republic. The next section describes the methods and practical steps, which are used in art appraisal. The final part presents the art investment strategies and is engaged in the presumed evolution of the art market. |
