| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat jednotlivé reformní kroky účetnictví státu. Vzhledem k tomu, že reforma probíhala v několika fázích a že se týká celého veřejného sektoru, je v rámci rozsahu bakalářské práce nemožné zachytit její kompletní průběh. Z tohoto důvodu jsou v jednotlivých částech této práce uvedeny ty nejdůležitější reformní kroky. Dále se práce zabývá dopadem zmíněné reformy na zastupitele a zaměstnance obce i na obce samotné včetně konkrétních příkladů. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe an individual reform steps. This thesis cannot take down the entire process of the accounting reform because of the fact, that this reform was being in progress in a few steps and is concerned with the whole public sector. On this account there are mentioned the most important reform steps in this thesis in conjunction with the impact on employees and municipal council. |
