| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá pojistnými podvody v souvislosti s krizovými obdobími, které jsou vzhledem k přetrvávajícímu hospodářskému útlumu a stále častějším přírodním katastrofám velmi aktuálním tématem. Nejprve je pojistný podvod definován obecně, včetně jeho pachatelů, možných příčin páchání, důsledků či právní úpravy, čímž je důsledně popsána daná problematika. Následně je pozornost věnována boji s pojistnými podvody, kde lze nalézt také návrhy na zlepšení prevence a odhalování této trestné činnosti. V práci je dále analyzován současný stav a vývojové tendence v posledních letech a v neposlední řadě vztah mezi pojistnými podvody a konkrétními krizovými obdobími. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma Thesis deals with the insurance frauds connected to crisis periods, which are due to the longstanding recession and increasingly frequent natural disasters a very hot and current topic. First of all, the insurance fraud is generally defined, including its offenders, possible causes, consequences or regulations, which completely describe given problematics. Then, attention is paid to the contest with insurance frauds, where suggestions for improving the prevention and detection of this crime can be found. The Diploma Thesis also analyzes the current phase and trends in the recent years, and last, but not least, it deals with the relationship between the insurance frauds and specific periods of the crisis. |
