| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pohledu dohledové autority, vlády a dalších subjektů finančního trhu na hypoteční úvěry a nutnost jejich poskytování klientům. Dále řeší charakteristické vlastnosti a typy hypotečních úvěrů a vliv nových regulací na jejich poskytování. V poslední kapitole jsou zmíněny další regulace, které se bezprostředně týkají hypotečních úvěrů, jako je odměňování pracovníků, zpřísnění kapitálových požadavků apod. |

Also illustrate the basic characters and types of mortgage loans and the effect of new regulations in their supplying. In the last chapter are discussed further regulation, which is directly related to mortgage loans, such as remuneration, tightening capital requirements etc. |
