| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá kulturními památkami a dále Národním památkovým ústavem, který státní kulturní památky spravuje. V teoretické části se věnuji financování kulturních objektů prostřednictvím dotačních programů Ministerstva kultury České republiky a dále oceňováním a následným zaevidováním kulturních předmětů do účetnictví pod částkou 1 Kč. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní objekt, státní zámek Žleby, kde analyzuji hospodaření objektu v letech 2008 -- 2010 a srovnávám rozdílný přístup ke správě objektu u kastelánky Mgr. Věry Beňové a současného kastelána pana Tomáše Řehoře. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with cultural relics and also with the National Heritage Institute, which administers the national cultural relics. In the theoretical part I focus on the financing of cultural objects through grant programs of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic as well as on valuation and the following registration of cultural items into accounting under the amount of 1 CZK. The practical part focuses on the particular object - the state castle Žleby, where I analyze its economy between 2008 - 2010 and compare different approaches of chatelaine Mgr. Věra Beňová and the current castellan Mr. Tomáš Řehoř to the administration of the building. |
