| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce "Reforma účetnictví územních samosprávných celků v konkrétních podmínkách městyse Stráž u Tachova" se zabývá novou reformou účetnictví územních samosprávných celků. Je členěna do dvou části - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením hlavních změn, které si reforma vynutila, jako změny v zákonech a vyhláškách. Dále je součástí teoretické části představení důvodů a cílů reformy. Praktická část je zaměřena konkrétně na šetření v oblasti mikroregionu Borsko. K analýze je využito dotazníkové šetření, které zkoumá např. znalosti z účetnictví podnikatelů, vzdělání, pohled na reformu účetními pracovníky mikroregionu. A dále jsou v praktické části konkrétní příklady účtování z městysu Stráž. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the new reform of accounting legal regulations of municipalities. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes main reform changes, as alternation of acts and edicts, and presents reasons for the reform and its objectives. Practical part focuses on the research of the region around Bor. The analysis is the survey regarding knowledge of corporate accounting, relevant education of local accountants and their opinion on this matter. Particular examples of accounting of the town Stráž are shown further in this part. |
