| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuální situací na trhu stavebního spoření z pohledu klienta jako fyzické osoby. Teoretická část se vedle vymezení základních pojmů věnuje novým změnám a dalším diskutovaným úpravám stavebního spoření v ČR. Následně popisuje odlišnosti systémů stavebního spoření, které se uplatňují v zahraničí. Analytická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti stavebního spoření na českém trhu. Komparace s alternativními produkty je založena na vlastních výpočtech a závěrech, jejichž prostřednictvím je prognózován budoucí vývoj stavebního spoření v ČR. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis concentrates on current situation on the market with building societies' products from natural person's point of view. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with definition of basic concepts, actual changes and other discussed adjustments of building savings in the Czech Republic. Then the theoretical part describes differences between systems of building savings, which are applied in foreign countries. The analytical part focuses on assessment of building savings' competitiveness on the Czech market. Comparison with alternative products is based on author's calculations and conclusions, which are the ground of the prognosis of future development of the building savings in the Czech Republic. |
