| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele v rámci institucí Evropské unie. První část popisuje situaci evropského spotřebitele, stručně definuje vývoj a poskytovaná práva. V druhé části je pozornost zaměřena na konkrétní instituce EU ve vztahu k ochraně spotřebitele, okrajově je zmíněna i spotřebitelská lobby v Bruselu. Cílem závěrečné části je analýza soudních rozsudků vydaných Soudním dvorem Evropské unie v souvislosti s ochranou spotřebitele. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the consumer protection within the institutions of the European Union. The first part describes generally the situation of the european consumer, briefly mentions a progress and provided rights. The second part is focused on the concrete EU institutions concerning consumer protection and marginally deals with the consumer lobby in Brussels . The aim of the last part is to analyse judgements of the European Court of Justice, related to the consumer protection. |
