| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení s postavením obce v České republice a analyzování rozpočtu obce Semice v časové řadě 2007 až 2009. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá postavením územních samosprávných celků a je orientována především na jejich hospodaření. Druhá část je praktická, ve které je analyzován rozpočet obce Semice. Důraz je kladen na příjmy, výdaje a financování. |

| Abstract: | Aim of this bachelor thesis is the introduction to the status of municipalities in the Czech Republic and budget analysis of the municipality Semice in the period between 2007 and 2009. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with the position of the territorial autonomous units. In the second, practical part, the budget of municitapality Semice is analyzed. Income, expenditure and financing are accented. |
