| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ocenění inkasní společnosti EOS KSI k 1. 3. 2010. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. Finanční analýze, strategická analýzy, prognóza generátorů hodnot, závěrečné ocenění. Ocenění jsem provedl pomocí dvou metod. Výnosovou metodu reprezentuje DCF a jako druhou metodu jsem zvolil metodu tržního porovnání. |
