| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce představuje finanční instrumenty hypoteční zástavní listy, jejich charakteristiky, vlastnosti a především úzkou provázanost s hypotečním úvěrováním, kterému je též věnována jedna z kapitol. Převážná část práce se zaobírá problematikou vývoje hypotečních zástavních listů v letech 2002-2010 v České republice. V tomto období proběhla jak celosvětová hypoteční krize, tak i důležitá daňová reforma, která zrušila osvobození od daně z příjmu u výnosů z hypotečních zástavních listů. V práci je snaha vysvětlit dopady těchto skutečností na trh hypotečních zástavních listů, které nejsou zcela jednoznačné. |

| Abstract: | This thesis presents the financial instruments of mortgage bonds, their characteristics, properties, and especially close links with mortgage lending, which is also devoted one chapter. Most of the work deals with problems of development of mortgage bonds in the years 2002-2010 in the Czech Republic. In this period took place as the global mortgage crisis and the important tax reform, which abolished the exemption from income tax on the proceeds of mortgage bonds. The work is an effort to explain the impact of these factors on the market of mortgage bonds, which are not entirely clear. |
