| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza německé důchodové reformy a hodnocení jejích dosavadních přínosů, jako zdroje inspirace pro realizace reformy české. Se stárnutím obyvatelstva celosvětově roste potřeba realizace důchodové reformy. Německo přistoupilo k řešení tohoto fenoménu na začátku nového tisíciletí, prostřednictvím zvýšení role zabezpečení sebe sama při současném zachování důležitosti státního důchodového pojištění. Úvodní část práce se věnuje teoretickému představení důchodových systémů, zejména představení dominantních teoretických konceptů a historických modelů, na jejichž základě vznikají rozličné variace důchodových systémů v různých státech. Druhá část práce analyzuje systém důchodového zabezpečení v Německu, v kontextu zejména novodobé historie německého důchodového systému a již uskutečněné penzijní reformy, včetně přístupů německé vlády k její realizaci. Poté práce analyzuje současný český důchodový systém a v závěrečné části práce komparuje oba tyto s cílem najít možnou inspiraci, kterou by mohl český důchodový systém při tvorbě důchodové reformy využít. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is analysis of the German pension reform and evaluation of its benefits, as a source of inspiration for Czech pension reform. With the ageing of population grows in the world a need for pension reform. Germany solved these phenomena on the beginning of this millennium, by increasing the role of secure ourselves in old-age with conservation of importance of compulsory retirement insurance. The first part of this paper deals with the theoretical introduction of pension systems, especially introduction of historical and theoretical models, which create different variations of pension systems in different countries. The next part of this paper analyzes the pension system in Germany, in the context of the modern history and already taken pension reform, including the attitude of the German government towards the implementation of the reform. After that paper analyzes the current Czech pension system and in the end compares these two pension systems in order to find inspiration for Czech pension reform. |
