| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je nastínit podobu současného trhu penzijního připojištění v České republice. Zaměřila jsem se nejdříve na charakteristiku tohoto produktu. V další části pak popisuji penzijní fondy s tím, že jsem se pokusila doporučit vhodnou společnost pro potencionální účastníky. Tento rok je rokem diskusním v oblasti problematiky penzí a fungování důchodového systému. Proto jsem do práce začlenila i navrhované parametry penzijní reformy. Závěr věnuji výsledkům z vyhodnocení dotazníků, kterými jsem se snažila zjistit veřejné mínění o penzijním připojištění. Hlavním účelem mé práce je tedy popsat strukturu: penzijní fond -- penzijní připojištění -- veřejnost. |

| Abstract: | I would like to describe the present form of the supplementary insurance in the Czech Republic. At first I have put mind to the characterization of this product. After it I have defined the pension funds and I have recommended the suitable corporation for the potential customers. This year we have listened the discussion about the retirement pension and its efficiency. Therefore I have taken the suggested changes of the retirement system in my writing. At the conclusion I have evaluated the results of the checklists. Due to them I have polled the public opinion about the supplementary insurance. The main object of my work is the describing the structure: PENSION FUND -- SUPPLEMENTARY INSURANCE -- PUBLIC. |
