| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá spekulativními bublinami na kapitálových trzích. Jejím cílem je analyzovat příčiny a průběh bublin a jejich vliv na reálnou ekonomiku. Problematika je zpracována v teoretické i praktické rovině. První kapitola je věnována definici a rozdělení bublin. Teoretická část vychází z iracionálního pohledu na bubliny a důraz je kladen především na psychologickou analýzu a oblast behaviorálních financí. Stěžejní částí této práce je třetí kapitola, kde analyzuji konkrétní příklady bublin a vymezuji jejich příčiny. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with speculative bubbles in capital markets. The goal of this thesis is to analyse causes and processes of bubbles and their influence on a real economy. The problem is processed both theoretically and practically. First chapter are concerned with definition and typology of bubbles. Theoretical part is focused on irrational view on bubbles with an accent on psychology analysis and behavioral finance. Main part of this work is third chapter, where I analyse particular examples of bubbles and determine their causes. |
