| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stavební spoření jako na finanční produkt vhodný ke zhodnocení úspor. Hlavním cílem bylo zjišťovat dopady změn zavedených novel zákona o stavebním spoření na provozovatele stavebního spoření - stavební spořitelny a zejména na samotné klienty uzavírající smlouvu v různé době při platnosti odlišných podmínek. Dílčím cílem bylo také zkoumat výhodnost poskytovaných nabídek stavebních spořitelen pro klienta. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické části, vysvětlující samotný produkt stavební spoření a jeho historii, je zde zmíněna i legislativní úprava včetně zavedených novel. Praktická část se zabývá zjištěním dopadů změn na stavební spořitelny a klienty. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on building savings as a financial product suitable to evaluate the savings. The main topic was to analyze the effect of changes in law novels of the building savings on financial subjects in Czech market and impact on clients contracting at different times under different conditions. A sub-objective was to examine the profitability of products provided by building and loan association. The thesis is divided into an explanatory theory of the product itself and its history. Legislative change, including implemented amendments is mentioned in this thesis. The practical part examines the impact of changes to building and loan associations and clients. |
