| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá požárním pojištěním. V jejím úvodu je snaha zachytit nejdůležitější okamžiky ve vývoji požárního pojištění od založení První české vzájemné pojišťovny v Praze v 19. století až po současnost. Druhá kapitola je věnována obsahu a konstrukci pojištění, definuje rizika jako požár, výbuch, úder blesku a pád letadla. Dále vymezuje vznik, zánik a územní platnost pojištění, pojistné plnění, pojistnou dobu a období, výluky z pojištění atd. Cílem poslední části je analýza nabídky majetkového pojištění pěti nejvýznamnějších pojišťoven na českém trhu -- České pojišťovny, Kooperativy, Allianz, Generali Pojišťovny a České podnikatelské pojišťovny. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with fire insurance. In the beginning, it attempts to map the most significant moments in the history and development of fire insurance since founding of the first mutual insurance company in Prague in 19th century, until the recent time. Second chapter in dedicated to the main subject and construction of the insurance, defining risks such as fire, explosion, lightning stroke and fall of a plane. It also defines inception, period of insurance, term of insurance, expiry of insurance, indemnity, place of the operation of insurance, interception of insurance etc. Main goal of the last part is the market analysis of general insurance products of five most significant insurance companies on the Czech market today -- Česká pojišťovna, Kooperativa, Allianz, Generali Pojišťovna and Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna. |
