| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením cizinců na trhu práce v kraji Vysočina. Hlavním cílem je vyvrátit, anebo potvrdit hypotézu, že cena práce je nejpodstatnějším důvodem zaměstnávání cizinců. V teoretické části popisuji základní pojmy dle odborné literatury. Sleduji hlavní příčiny příchodu cizinců a přibližuji migrační vývoj na území českých zemí především po roce 1989. Též se zaměřuji na legislativní úpravu pobytu a zaměstnávání cizích státních příslušníků v ČR, a to s rozdělením na občany EU/EHP, Švýcarska a občany ze třetích zemí. Krátce se dále zmiňuji o současné migrační politice ČR a EU a postoji vládní koalice k této otázce. V praktické části se zaměřuji na vybraný kraj. Sleduji, kolik zde pobývá a pracuje cizinců a jaká je jejich národností struktura. Rozebírám ekonomickou aktivitu cizinců, zejména jejich cenu práce a nejčastější profese, ve kterých se uplatňují, a zveřejňuji výsledky svého dotazníkového šetření. V poslední části přibližuji integrační programy, které probíhají na Vysočině a jsou s otázkou migrace úzce spojeny. |

| Abstract: | This thesis delas with the situation of foreigners in the labor market in the Vysočina region. The main aim is to refute or confirm the hypothesis that the price of labor is the most important reason for the foreigners' employment. In the theoretical part I describe basic terms in accordance with the literature. I monitor the main causes of the arrival of foreigners and I converge migration development in the Czech lands especially after 1989. I also focus on legislative regulation of employment and residence of foreign nationals in the Czech Republic regarding EU/EHP citizens, Swiss nationals and citizens from third countries. I shortly describe the current immigration policy of the Czech republic and the EU and national government position on this issue. The practical part focuses on the selected region. I monitor how many foreigners work and reside in the region and what is their ethnic structure. I discuss the economic activity of foreigners especially their labor costs and the most common professions in which they occur. I also discover the results of my survey. In the last part of the work I outline integration programs which take place in the Vysočina region and which are closely connected with the issue of migration. |
