| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářské práce je hospodářská politika Evropské unie, konkrétně strukturální fondy zaměřené na rozvoj lidských zdrojů. Problematika strukturálních fondů je v současné době velmi sledovaným tématem, zejména proto, že Česká republika dík ní může v programovacím období 2007-2013 získat až 26,69 mld. Eur, což představuje tři čtvrtiny českého státního rozpočtu. Cílem práce je získat informace a podat ucelený přehled o těchto fondech, formulovat cíle jednotlivých prioritních os a nimi související podporované aktivity. Praktická část se věnuje postupu žádosti o dotaci, především projektovému záměru, projektové žádosti a postupu vyhodnocování žádostí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to evaluate economic policy of European Union, particularly structural funds aimed at development of human resources. The problems of structural funds are highly monitored currently, especially due to the fact, that the government of the Czech Republic can obtain 26, 69 billions of Euro in 2007-2013 programming period. This amount equals to three quarters of the budget of the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to gather information and give a compact abstract about the funds, to formulate the goals of particular preferenced axes and to them related activities that are supported. The practical part attends to the procedure of EU subsidies request, especially project intention, project request and the procedure of regest evaluation. |
