| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na zdanění nemovitostí v České republice. První část je věnována současné právní úpravě daně z nemovitostí. Druhá část popisuje vliv novel zákona na výnos daně, kdy porovnává stav v letech 2007 a 2010. Také ukazuje strukturu předmětu daně ve vybraných municipalitách. Třetí část obsahuje výpočty demonstrující dopad využití zákonných pravomocí obcí k ovlivnění výše výnosu daně. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor's thesis focuses on the taxation of property in the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to current legal regulation of property tax. The second part describes the effect of the amendments on the tax revenue, comparing the state between 2007 and 2010. It also shows structure of the subject of tax in selected municipalities. The third section contains calculations demonstrating the impact of the use of statutory powers of municipalities to influence the amount of tax revenue. |
