| Abstract: | Práce je věnována networkingu s cílem nalézt v teoretické i praktické rovině oprávnění pro zakotvení networkingu v teorii i praxi současné společnosti. V teoretické rovině vymezuje termín vzhledem k příbuzným a leckdy zaměňovaným termínům jako je sociální kapitál. V praktické rovině pak řeší tři konkrétní oblasti či souvislosti networkingu. První studie je zaměřena na networking online, jeho specifika, výhody a rizika. Druhá studie zjišťuje některé souvislosti networkingových aktivit u absolventů Vysoké školy ekonomické. Třetí studie pak hledá odpověď na otázku, jakou podobu má networking českých manažerů v oblasti financí. Výstupy pak propojuje s možným využitím v pedagogické a manažerské praxi. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the networking topic. The networking is defined and compared to other terms that are often used as a synonym, e.g. social capital. Three contexts are researched. The first study aims networking online, its specifics, advantages and possible risks. The second part studies selected correlations of networking activities of University of economics alumni. The third study searches out the networking activities and standards of Czech managers in the field of finance. The results are connected with the possible usage in both fields, the one of university education and management too. |
