| Abstract: | Bakalářské práce se zabývá finančním zdravím podniku Veba, textilní závody a.s. za roky 2005 až 2009. Cílem práce je pomocí metod finanční analýzy vyhodnotit finanční situaci podniku z pohledu externího uživatele. Použitými nástroji jsou horizontální a vertikální analýza účetních výkazů, analýza poměrových ukazatelů, bilančních pravidel, čistého pracovního kapitálu, ekonomické přidané hodnoty a modely predikce finanční tísně. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the financial health of company VEBA, textilní závody a.s. between the years 2005 and 2009. The aim of this thesis is using methods of financial analysis to evaluate the financial situation of the company from the perspective of external users. The instruments used are horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of financial ratios, net working capital, economic value added and financial distress prediction models. |
