| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je finanční analýza, přičemž subjekty analýzy jsou dva srovnatelné podniky, které si konkurují na stejném trhu. Jejich strategie je však rozdílná, jeden je podnik výrobní a druhý čistě obchodní. Cílem práce je tedy postihnout shodné i rozdílné stránky obou podniků a na základě analýzy rentability rozhodnout, který z podniků je výkonnější z pohledu vlastníků. |

| Abstract: | Topic of the bachelor's thesis is financial analysis; the subjects of the analysis are two comparable businesses, which compete on the same market. Their strategy is however different, one of the businesses is manufacturing business and the second is solely trade business. The aim of the thesis is therefore to understand the similarities and the differences in both businesses and to decide, based on rentability measures, which one is more efficient from the point of view of the owners. |
