| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stavebního spoření v České republice. Zaměřuje se na jeho dosavadní vývoj, objasňuje základní pojmy a seznamuje s legislativním rámcem stavebního spoření. Analyzuje a porovnává jednotlivé stavební spořitelny a jejich produkty. Zkoumá, jaký je zájem veřejnosti o stavební spoření a dále nabízí přehled jeho výhod a nevýhod. Smyslem práce je především zjistit dopady do budoucnosti, které způsobí nejnovější novela zákona o stavebním spoření, v porovnání s minulým a současným vývojem stavebního spoření na českém trhu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the Building Savings in the Czech Republic. It contains a brief overview of the history of Building Savings, explaining the basic concepts and the legislative framework for Building Savings. It analyzes and compares individual building societies and their main products. It examines the publics interest of Building Savings and explores its advantages and disadvantages. The aim of the thesis is to determine what effects will have the latest Amendment to the Act on Building Savings in the future in comparison to past and current developments in Building Savings on the Czech market. |
