| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce, "Vliv vzdělání při uplatnění na trhu práce," pojednává o nutnosti vzdělání při získávání zaměstnávání. Cílem této práce je definování základních pojmů souvisejících s tímto tématem, jako je trh práce, vzdělání, platy, dále pak analýza vzdělanosti zaměstnanců ve vzorku vybraných a oslovených firem. Jaké procento zaměstnanců s určitým stupněm vzdělání daná firma zaměstnává a porovnání vzorku s daty Českého Statistického Úřadu. |

Object of this thesis is to define alementary terms related to this theme, as labour market, education, payment, then the analysis of education employees in the sample of selected and surveyed companies. What is the percentage of emloyees with specified level of education that chosen company employs and comparison of this sample vith data from Czech Statistical Office. |
