| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je popis a analýza lokální počítačové sítě obce Přílepy u Rakovníka a návrh její modifikace na optickou přístupovou síť typu FTTH. Nejprve je čtenář seznámen s teoretickým základem počítačových sítí, na něj navazuje část praktická, která se zabývá samotným návrhem optické přístupové sítě typu FTTH. Teoretický základ nejprve popisuje topologie počítačových sítí a síťové modelyspolu s jejich návazností na základní síťové protokoly. Dále jsou uvedeny základní charakteristiky metalických a optický sítí typu Ethernet spolu s metodami jejich zabezpečení. Práce poté hovoří o optických přístupových sítích typu FTTx a jejich architektuře. V této části textu je čtenář rovněž seznámen s použitím optických vláken a metodami jejich pokládky. V následné praktické části práce je popsán stávající stav sítě v obci Přílepy u Rakovníka a její následná modifikace na síť typu FTTH. Všechny teoretické výklady uvedené v kapitolách 1 až 4, jsou výchozím předpokladem pro pochopení popsaného návrhu FTTH sítě, který by se měl být v obci realizován. Výsledný návrh obsahuje porovnání topologie a architektury navržené sítě, aktivních prvků, centrálních serverů aj. Důraz je kladen nejen na pohled z hlediska technické stránky, ale také na porovnání z hlediska investičních nákladů na zbudování navržené sítě v závislosti na finančních možnostech obce. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and describe local computer network in village Přílepy u Rakovníka and to present design of modification of current network to FTTH optical access network. At first, reader is introduced into basic concepts of computer networks, afterwards comes the pratical parts which is describing the FTHH optical acces network design itself. Theory part describes basic computer network concepts such as topologies, network models and network protocols. Afterwards the text describes basic characteristics of metal and optical Ethernet networks as well as their security. Afterwards the text describes FTTx optical access networks including their architecture. Reader is also introduced into methods of usage of optical fibers and methods of their installation. In the following practical part is described current state of the network in village Přílepy u Rakovníka and the design of network modification into FTTH network. All the concepts described through chapters 1-4 are assumed to be known to the reader and are crucial for understanding of the final network design which should be implemented in the future. The final network design includes comparation of topology and architecture of the network, its active components, central server etc. The main accent is not only on the technical facts but also on the comparison of investments and financial potencial of village. |
