| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií stresu a jeho faktory, kterými působí manažer na své podřízené. V teoretické části definuji pojmy stres, stresor, osobnost manažera a prvky jeho chování, které zapříčiňují stres podřízených. Dále uvádím způsoby prevence a řešení problémových situací. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkový průzkum této problematiky ve vybraných firmách, jeho vyhodnocení, vypracování závěrů vyplývajících z výsledků a vhodná doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the theory of stress and the factors that a manager causes to his subordinates. In the theoretical part, I define the terms stress, stressor, personality, and elements of manager's behavior that cause stress to subordinates. In addition, I mention ways to prevent and solve problem situations. The practical part includes a questionnaire survey of this issue in selected companies, its evaluation, preparation of conclusions drawn from the results and appropriate recommendations. |
