| Abstract: | Dnešní doba tolik závislá na nových technologiích neponechává žádnou z oblastí lidské činnosti bez povšimnutí. Nejinak je tomu i v případě komunikace občana se státním aparátem, kde rozvoj informačních a komunikačních technologií přináší nové možnosti. Tato situace dala vzniknout nové oblasti IT/ICT a to eGovernmentu, jehož základním úkolem je ulehčovat a zjednodušovat jednání občanu s jejich vládou. Cílem této práce je představit eGovernment, jeho možnosti a potenciál pro zjednodušení práce mnoha lidí. Hlavní pozornost je přitom věnována projektům realizovaným v České republice a to jak přímou analýzou jednotlivých služeb, tak srovnáním se situací v zahraničí. Na začátku práce se nejprve seznámíme s pojmem eGovernment a s jeho historií v rámci ČR, poté bude následovat představení vybraných zahraničních a tuzemských projektů. V analytické části nejprve zhodnotíme legislativní prostředí podporující tvorbu eGovernmentu a následně provedeme rozbor služeb Datové schránky a projektu eGON, které v současnosti tvoří základní služby poskytované veřejnou správou. Na závěr zhodnotíme možnosti bezpečnosti celého systému a v souhrnu představíme nejdůležitější poznatky vyplívající z celé práce. |

| Abstract: | Nowadays, when we are so dependent on new technologies is hard to find a single human activity left behind. So the ways of communication between citizens and the state apparatus aren't an exception and that brings new possibilities in development of information and communication technologies. This situation formed a whole new part of IT/ICT - to eGovernment, whose primary mission is to accelerate and simplify contacts between citizens and their government. The aim of this document is to introduce e-government, its possibilities and potential for simplifying the work of many people. The main attention is given to projects implemented in the Czech Republic using the direct analysis of individual services and comparing current state with the situation abroad. At the first part of this thesis we'll get familiar with the concept of eGovernment and its history in the Czech Republic, followed by presentation of selected foreign and domestic projects. In the analytical part we will evaluate the legal environment supporting the creation of eGovernment and perform analysis on Data boxes (Datové schránky) and eGON project, which currently forms the basic services provided by public administrations. In conclusion we will evaluate the security conditions of the entire system and summarize the most important results from the whole thesis. |
