| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je představit možnosti využití rámce ITIL v organizaci a to v oblasti řízení služeb neboli IT Service Managementu. Práce je členěna do dvou částí. První, teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné představení rámce ITIL. V této části práce bude čtenář seznámen s historií a vznikem rámce ITIL samotného, jeho obecnými principy fungování, charakteristikami a v neposlední řadě zde bude uvedeno i srovnáním jednotlivých verzí ITIL, včetně návaznosti na ostatní rámce a metodiky. Druhá část práce si klade za cíl prakticky představit možnost využití metodiky ITIL na příkladu konkrétní společnosti, kterou nelze v práci přímo jmenovat, jelikož některé z publikovaných informací mohou mít charakter interních informací. Pro účely této práce však bude plně postačující tuto společnost pouze charakterizovat z hlediska několika aspektů, díky kterým bude možné demonstrovat možnosti využití rámce ITIL. Jelikož je rámec ITIL velmi komplexní a rozsáhlý, nebylo by možné v daném rozsahu této práce prakticky představit možnosti využití rámce ITIL v celém rozsahu, a proto bude práce zaměřena na jeden z klíčových procesů, kterým je proces řízení změn (Change management). Obsahem praktické části práce je analýza současného stavu implementace procesu řízení změn ve sledované společnosti, identifikace úzkých míst procesu a návrh možný úprav za účelem zkvalitnění celého procesu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to introduce the possibility of using the ITIL framework in the organization and the management of services, or IT Service Management. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the general presentation of the ITIL framework. In this part the reader will be familiar with the history and origin of the ITIL framework itself, its general operating principles, characteristics, and ultimately there will also be presented comparing the various versions of the ITIL framework, including linkage to other frameworks and standards. The second part aims to present the practical possibility of using ITIL within the organization, but they are not directly mentioned, in order to avoid possible damage resulting from the company's presentation of some internal processes and principles. For the purpose of this study, however, will be fully adequate to characterize the company only of a few aspects that make possible to demonstrate the possibilities of using the ITIL framework. Since the ITIL framework is very comprehensive and extensive, it would be in the range of this work in practice to introduce the possibility of using the ITIL framework, and therefore work will focus on one of the key processes, which is the process of Change Management (Change Management). The content of the practical work is mainly an analysis of the current state of implementation of the change management process, its evaluation and formulation of recommendations for streamlining. |
