| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou a negativními dopady kreditních derivátů, zejména CDS. Diskutuje otázky jejich plánované regulace. Stručně popisuje jednotlivé typy kreditních derivátů, dále okolnosti vedoucí k jejich vzniku. Uvádí jejich historii a vývoj. Udává důvody, proč od svého vzniku prakticky nepodléhají regulaci. V druhé části se zabývá pozitivy a negativy kreditních derivátů, které jsou argumenty pro a proti jejich regulaci. Ve třetí části se práce zabývá plánovanými změnami v regulaci CDS v USA a v EU. Cílem je vyřešit otázku, zda je jejich plánovaná regulace dostatečná. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is about issues and negative impacts of credit derivatives, especially Credit Default Swaps. It discuss their planed regulation. First part breifly describes the main types of credit derivatives, then their history an circumstances which led to their creation, their history and developement. Main reasons, why credit derivatives don't respond to any regulation. Second part is about positive and negative effects of credit derivatives and arguments for and against their regulation. Aim is to solve the question, whether their planned regulation is sufficient or not. |
