V první kapitole popisuji hypotečním systémem v USA, zvláštnostmi, které se na něm vyskytují. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na rozbor krize. Třetí část popisuje důsledky hypoteční krize. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this project was to show the real causes of the U.S. mortgage crisis, to show the impact of the crisis on the U.S. economy and what the U.S. government has done to its solution. The first chapter describes the mortgage system in the U.S. and its pecularities. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the crisis. The third section describes the consequences of the mortgage crisis. |
