| Abstract: | Práce poskytuje přehled základních trendů v oblasti podnikových informačních systémů. Analyzuje trendy v jednotlivých částech informačního systému, kterými jsou plánování podnikových zdrojů (Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP), řízení dodavatelských řetězců (Supply Chain Management - SCM), řízení vztahů se zákazníky (Customer Relationship Management - CRM) a podnikové zpravodajství (Business Intelligence - BI). Práce se dále věnuje takovým trendům, jako je cloud computing, virtualizace, podniková mobilita či Web 2.0. |
