Teoretická část práce je věnovaná vysvětlení pojmů týkajících se organizační kultury a dále dosavadním zjištěním v oblasti měření organizační kultury a možným přístupům k jejímu měření. Praktická část na základě zvolené metodologie analyzuje a hodnotí firemní kulturu vybrané společnosti. |
