| Abstract: | V této práci budu popisovat a analyzovat motivační systém ve společnosti ASMO Czech s.r.o.. Hlavním záměrem je charakterizovat motivační systém ve společnosti, vyhodnotit dotazník spokojenosti a na základě jeho výsledků popsat aktuální situaci ve společnosti. Dále se budu snažit získat co nejvíce informací z japonské mateřské společnosti a získaná data porovnat s českými. Závěrem zhodnotím celkovou situaci ve společnosti a navrhnu změny, které by pomohly situaci zlepšit. |

| Abstract: | In this work I will describe and analyse motivation system in the ASMO limited company. The main aim is to describe motivation system in the company, to evaluate satisfaction questionnaire and on the basis of its results to describe the current situation in the company. Further, I will try to get as much information from the Japanese parent company and compare the data with Czech. Finally, I evaluate the overall situation in the company and propose changes that would help improve the situation. |
