| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou činností obcí v samostatné a přenesené působnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy a souvislosti týkající se dané problematiky a také metodika stanovení příspěvku na výkon státní správy a metodika stanovení podílu přenesené a samostatné působnosti. V praktické části se práce věnuje analýze činností na zvolených odděleních konkrétního úřadu a na základě stanovené metodiky určuje podíl samostatné a přenesené působnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis will deal with the issues of activities in an independent and delegated powers of municipalities. The bachelor thesis is devided into theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part are defined basic terms and relations interested in this issues and then the metodology for determining the contribution to the performance of state administration and proportion of activies in an independent and delegated powers of municipality. In the practical part the thesis is keen on analysis of the activities of a particular office and determines the proportion of independent and delegated powers. |
