| Abstract: | Tématem diplomové práce je Motivace dobrovolníků v organizaci Greenpeace. Teoretická část práce přináší ucelený přehled teoretických východisek k danému tématu. V rámci praktické části byl proveden empirický výzkum zaměřený na dvě cílové skupiny. První cílovou skupinou byli dobrovolníci české pobočky mezinárodní organizace Greenpeace a druhou cílovou skupinou byla česká veřejnost. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit motivy, očekávání a spokojenost dobrovolníků Greenpeace a dobrovolníků působících v jiných organizacích. Na základě získaných informací byly hledány podobnosti a rozdíly mezi oběma cílovými skupinami a byla zformulována doporučení pracovníkům české pobočky organizace Greenpeace ohledně jejich další spolupráce s dobrovolníky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the motivation of volunteers at Greenpeace. The theoretical part offers a consistent overview of theoretical propositions related to the chosen topic. In the practical part an empirical survey focused on two target groups was conducted. One target group is made up by volunteers from the Czech subsidiary of the international Greenpeace organization and the other target group is the Czech public. The most important goal of the survey was to get deeper insight into the motives, expectations and satisfaction of volunteers at Greenpeace and those who are active in other comparable organizations. On the basis of collected information similarities and differences between both target groups were identified and recommendations for employees of the Czech subsidiary of Greenpeace regarding the further cooperation with volunteers were formulated. |
