| Abstract: | Tato práce charakterizuje celý český hypoteční trh a zahrnuje jeho vývoj od samého počátku po současnost. Nejprve se zabývá hypotečními úvěry obecně, následuje analýza hypotečního trhu České republiky, nechybí ani rozbor trhu z pohledu jednotlivých krajů a hypotečních bank, které hypotéky poskytují. V této kapitole je ještě provedena analýza časové řady o počtu poskytnutých hypoték. Následující pozornost je věnována Hypoteční bance, a.s., která se na hypotečním trhu objevila jako první a první pozici neustále obhajuje před svou konkurencí. Práce se zaměřuje na strategii Hypoteční banky, a.s., doplněnou o finanční výsledky jejího hospodaření. Celá práce obsahuje přehledné tabulky a grafy. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to describe Czech mortgage market and follow its development from the beginning till now. This thesis does not contain only description of mortgages, but also gives the demographical overview of regions and mortgages analyses provided by competitive banks. Following attention is dedicated to "Hypoteční banka, a.s.", which was the first on the Czech market and this bank is still the number one, following by competitors. This thesis is focused on its strategy, with the detailed description of financial results. Thesis also contains tables and graphical analyses for easier understanding and clear overview. |
