| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá fúzemi kapitálových společností a to jak z právního, účetního, tak i daňového pohledu dle platné legislativy v České republice. Část práce je také rovněž věnovaná popisu fúzí dle IAS/IFRS. V závěru práce se nachází praktický příklad fúze akciové společnosti a společnosti s ručením omezeným. |
