| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o vztahu etiky a auditu. První část práce obecně vymezuje místo etiky ve společnosti a ukazuje, čím je audit z hlediska etiky specifický. Druhá část se věnuje etickým kodexům v auditu. Výstupem této části je srovnání etických norem platných v ČR a v USA. Poslední část práce ukazuje na případu Satyam konkrétní porušení auditorské etiky. |

Second part deals with ethical codes in audit. The output of this section is comparison of ethical rules in the Czech Republic and in the USA. The last part shows on the Satyam case consequences of auditors ethics violation. |
