| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje ocenění podniku Wolters Kluwer, jehož hlavními činnostmi je nakladatelství a poskytování systému právních informací. Cílem diplomové práce je nalézt tržní hodnotu tohoto podniku k 1.1.2010. Postupně je prováděna finanční analýza, strategická analýza, je provedena prognóza generátorů hodnoty, na jejjichž základě je sestaven finanční plán. Nakonec je provedeno samotné ocenění podniku a to dvěma metodami, metodou DCF Equity a metodou tržního porovnání, konkrétně metodou srovnatelných podniků. |

| Abstract: | The object of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company Wolters Kluwer a.s. on the date 1st January 2010. The main object of the activity of this company are publishing and provide system of legal information. The valuation consists of financial analysis, strategic analysis and prediction of generators of values, which are used for making the financial plan. The valuation is provided by 2 methods. DCF Equity method and market comparison. |
