| Abstract: | V této diplomové práci řeším dva zdánlivě nesouvisející problémy -- tématem je navrhnout změnu přístupu MSP ke kooperacím a cílem doporučit firmě změny obchodního a manažerského chování, které povede k prosazení se v tendrech velkých firem. Pro dosažení cíle této práce byla zmapována současná situace konkrétní firmy, která s velkými firmami nespolupracuje. K analýze této firmy byl využit Porterův model pěti sil, PEST analýza a SWOT analýza. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz byly objeveny hlavní nedostatky, které souvisí přímo s vlastnostmi a chováním majitelů. Mezi základní nedostatky patří chybějící plánování a nedisciplinované chování majitelů k firmě a dále absence certifikátu managementu jakosti. Jestliže firma tyto nedostatky odstraní, má vyšší šanci uspět u velkých firem při výběru dodavatelů. Spolupráce, spojení firem do partnerství či jiných uskupení, je pro MSP také jednou z příležitostí, jak se stát dodavatelem do velké firmy. Mezi českými MSP obchodujícími s elektronickými komponenty však panuje neochota ke kooperacím. V této práci jsem uvedla důvody, proč by firmy měly být nakloněny spolupráci s jinými podniky. |

| Abstract: | In this Master's Thesis I am solving two seemingly not related issues -- the title of the thesis is to propose the change of the SME approach to the cooperation with partners and the target of the thesis is to recommend to the company changes in business and management behaviour which will help to break through the tenders of the large size companies. To meet the target of the Master's Thesis there was analysed current situation of the particular enterprise which does not cooperate with large companies. There were used Five-Forces Model, PEST analyse and SWOT analyse to describe this enterprise. Based on the analyses' results there were discovered main deficiencies which are connected with the character and behaviour of the owners. The basic deficiencies are missing planning and undisciplined behaviour of the owners to their firm and missing Quality management certification. If the company eliminates them, it has better chance to be successful in the tenders of the large companies. Cooperation, partnership or another company connection, these are also the opportunities how to become the supplier of the big company. Czech SME trading with electronical components are not willing to cooperate with other companies. In this Master's Thesis I gave the reasons, why the companies should have positive approach to cooperation. |
