| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie v rámci Libereckého kraje v programovacím období 2007-2013. Teoretická část vymezuje postavení regionální politiky v České republice, přibližuje její vývoj, legislativní a institucionální zajištění. Dále je zde nastíněna složitá struktura strategických a programových dokumentů s cílem hierarchizovat je na jednotlivých úrovních správy a následně je stručně přiblížen průběh projektového řízení jako nezbytné součásti čerpání podpory z fondů Evropské unie. V praktické části práce je nejprve charakterizován Liberecký kraj a poté je přistoupeno k analýze úspěšnosti žadatelů Libereckého kraje při čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie. Získané údaje jsou posuzovány v rámci jednotlivých operačních programů a porovnávány s celkovou podporou České republiky i v rámci samotného Libereckého kraje komparací podaných a schválených žádostí. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of drawing financial resources from the EU structural funds in the Liberec region in the programming period 2007-2013. The theoretical part defines the position of regional policy in the Czech Republic, its development, legislative and institutional arrangements. The thesis also presents a complex structure of strategic and program documents and briefly describes the course of project management as an essential part of drawing support from EU funds. The practical part describes the Liberec region, and then analyzes the success of applicants in drawing money from EU funds. The observed data are assessed within the framework of operational programmes and compared with the total support of the Czech Republic. The success rate of applicants is also determined by comparing submitted and approved projects in the Liberec region . |
