| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je popis plánování, vzniku a realizace developerského projektu firmy IRBOS, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vysvětluje a popisuje používané pojmy podnikání, podnik, podnikatel, živnost, podnikatelský plán, možnosti financování a organizační strukturu podniku. Praktická část se již zabývá samotným projektem a obsahuje informace o podnikatelském záměru, personálním obsazení, marketingové a obchodní strategii a finanční stránce projektu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is a description of the planning, establishment and implementation of development project of IRBOS, s.r.o. company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part explains and describes used terms like business, business, entrepreneur, business plan, financial plan and organizational structure of the company. The practical part is already covered by the project itself and contains information about the business plan,staffing, marketing and business strategy and financial aspects of the project. |
