| Abstract: | Demografický vývoj v ČR se vyznačuje především nepříznivým vývojem věkové struktury populace, který má za následek zvyšování vládních výdajů na důchodový systém, jehož reforma je proto nezbytná. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy struktury příjmů a výdajů důchodových systémů v České republice, na Slovensku a v Polsku a jejich vzájemná komparace. V práci bude jednak charakterizován vývoj a současný stav důchodového systému v ČR a návrhy na jeho reformu, a současně budou zkoumány hlavní příčiny, postupy, výsledky a případné rozdíly reforem v obou dalších zemích, Polsku a Slovensku, a následně bude provedeno jejich zhodnocení. Analýzou důchodových systémů těchto zemí budou zřetelné reálné výsledky různých provedených důchodových reforem a jejich možná inspirace pro Českou republiku. V závěrečné části práce bude provedena komparace finančních výdajů těchto důchodových systémů. |

| Abstract: | The demografic development in the Czech Republic is mainly characterized by the negative development of the age structure of population, which increases the national expenditures on the pension system. That's why the reform is necessary. The target of this discourse is to make an analysis of the receipts and expenditures structure of the pension systems it the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, and their comparison. There will be characterized the development, the present state of the pension system in the Czech Republic and the proposal for it's reform and also the main causes, techniques, results and relevant differences of the reforms in both others countries, Poland and Slovakia. Then will be make their review. The analysis of the pension systems of this countries will show the real results of the different performed pension reforms and their eventual inspiration for the Czech Republic. In the final part of the discourse will be make the comparison of the financial expenditures of those pension systems. |
