| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá současnými trendy sociálních služeb a vyhodnocuje dopady reforem ve Středočeském kraji. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza efektivnosti financování sociálních služeb ve Středočeském kraji a následná prognóza vývoje pobytových sociálních služeb zohledňující stárnutí populace. Práce se v teoretické části zaměřuje na neudržitelnost konceptu welfare state v oblasti sociálních služeb. Proto je zvláštní pozornost věnována vícezdrojovému financování sociálních služeb a jeho neefektivnostem. Analytická část práce potvrzuje na konkrétních případech domovů pro seniory ve Středočeském kraji neefektivnost financování sociálních služeb. Při analýze bylo vycházeno z inspekcí sociálních služeb a z provedených šetření mezi poskytovateli sociálních služeb. Na základě těchto poznatků byla provedena strategická SWOT analýza, která komplexně shrnuje dopady reforem ve Středočeském kraji. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the current trends of social services and assesses the impacts of reforms in Central Bohemia region. The goal of diploma thesis is the analysis of the effectiveness of the social services financing in Central Bohemia region and subsequent prognosis of development of the resident social services when an ageing of population is taken into account. In the theoretical part the thesis focuses on unsustainability of the concept of welfare state in the area of social services. Special attention is devoted to the multi-resources financing of social services and its ineffectiveness. Analytical part of the thesis confirms an ineffectiveness of the social services financing with the use of concrete cases of home of seniors in Central Bohemia region. During analysis the inspections of the social services and research among providers of the social services were used as a starting point. On the basis of this knowledge the strategic SWOT analysis which summes up the impacts of the reform in Central Bohemia region was carried out. |
