| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálním trendem ve vzdělávání, se kterým je spojen nárůst zaměstnanosti studentů vysokých škol v posledním desetiletí. Příprava na budoucí povolání již v mnoha případech nesouvisí pouze se studiem, ale je v ní zahrnuto i získávání praxe. Diplomová práce analyzuje příčiny výskytu studentů na trhu práce a dopady na pracovní uplatnitelnost následných absolventů. Teoretická část nahlíží na definici počátečního vzdělání, která je dále konfrontována s realitou pomocí empirických dat z dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na pracující studenty. |

| Abstract: | The thesis examines and analyses the high employment of students of universities as it has become a new trend in education recently. Training for the future profession is not concerned with the studies only but the work experience is involved as well. This thesis examines reasons of this trend and also its influence on students and the future ability of graduates to succeed in seeking job on the labour market. The theoretical part applies to the definition of the initial education which is confronted with reality due to empirical data obtained from the survey focused on working students. |
