| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou insolvenčního řízení a jeho dopadu na konkrétní firmu -- Oděvní podnik, a.s. V metodologické části jsou popsány nezbytné procesy a záležitosti, týkající se průběhu insolvenčního řízení v podniku a řešení úpadku podniku. Práce obsahuje informace o způsobech řešení krachu firmy a případech jejich užití. Praktická část je zaměřovaná na proces insolvenčního řízení v praxi, jak to probíhá a jak dochází k plnění cílů institutu insolvenčního práva -- uspokojení věřitelů a řešení ekonomické situace úpadce na případě společnosti Oděvní podnik, a.s. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis deals with insolvency proceeding and it's impact on a particular company -- Oděvní podnik, inc. The methodology part is describing the necessery processes and issues relating to the insolvency proceedings in the enterprise and solution of the bankruptcy. The Thesis contains information about ways of solving bankruptcy cases in the enterprises and cases of their use. The empirical part is focusing on the processes of insolvency proceedings in practice, how they work and how they lead to the objectives of the institute of insolvency law -- the satisfaction of creditors and solving the economic situation in the case of the concrete bankrupting company -- Oděvní podnik, inc. |
