| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je přiblížit a zhodnotit přínos programu talent management. Práce je koncipována ve dvou celcích. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a shrnuta teorie řízení talentů. Praktická část je pak zaměřena na proces řízení talentů ve farmaceutické společnosti Zentiva, k. s. Obsahuje identifikaci talentů, určení potřeb rozvoje pomocí různých metod a sestavení rozvojového plánu a jeho realizaci. Závěr práce je věnován analýze talentů a zhodnocení přínosu programu pro talenty. |

| Abstract: | The aim is to present and evaluate the contribution of Talent Management program. The work is conceived in two clusters. The theoretical part defines basic concepts and the theory associated with the Talent Management. The practical part focuses on the Talent Management process within a pharmaceutical company Zentiva, k. s. How the talent is defined, identifying development needs using various methods to build a development plan and its implementation. The conclusion this work is devoted to analyzing and evaluating talent for talent program's benefits. |
