| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou trhu práce v místní veřejné správě ve vybraném kraji a to konkrétně v kraji Vysočina. V první části je nejprve charakterizován trh práce, jak obecně, tak i ve veřejné správě. Poté jsou uvedeny poznatky o kompetencích na trhu práce, podle kterých se lépe definují požadavky na pracovní pozice. Dále jsou uvedeny informace o struktuře místí veřejné správy se zaměřením na obce s rozšířenou působností. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na manažerské pracovní pozice v místní veřejné správě, u kterých jsem analyzovala požadavky na ně a počet volných míst v obcích s rozšířenou působností v kraji Vysočina. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the area of labor market in local public administration in a choses region - Vysočina. In the first part, the labor market is characterised, both as a general term and also as a specific field in public administration. The following part is about competences on the labor market, according to which the job position requierements are specified. Then, there are information about structure of local public administration with focus on extended municipality powers. The practical part of the thesis deals with managerial positions in public administration. I analyzed their requirements and numbers of vacancies in municipalities with extended powers in the Vysočina region. |
