| Abstract: | Diplomové práce popisuje zpracování účetní závěrky a vytvoření vnitřních směrnic pro konkrétní obchodní společnost. Teoretická část diplomové práci popisuje teorii dané problematiky, zabývá se základními postupy a metodami vedení účetnictví, a také zpracováním účetní závěrky a tvorbou vnitřních účetních směrnic v souladu s aktuální legislativní úpravou. Praktická část demonstruje teoretické poznatky na konkrétní obchodní společnosti. |

The theoretical part of the thesis describes the theory of the issue deals with basic procedures and accounting methods, and processing of accounts and creation of internal accounting directives in line with current legislation. Practical part demonstrates the theoretical knowledge to specific companies. |
