| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit současnou finanční situaci podniku TOS Varnsdorf, a.s. a predikovat další finanční vývoj podniku s využitím výstupů finanční analýzy a hodnocení bonitních a bankrotních modelů včetně jednoho ratingového modelu. Metodická část obsahuje teoretické vymezení použitých metod finanční analýzy a bonitních a bankrotních modelů. Praktická část zahrnuje základní popis podniku a aplikaci vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy (ukazatele rentability, likvidity, aktivity, zadluženosti, produktivity práce, ekonomická přidaná hodnota), vybraných osmi bonitních a bankrotních modelů a jednoho ratingového modelu. Závěrečná část obsahuje ex post zhodnocení finanční situace podniku a predikci finanční situace na základě výsledků modelů. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this Bachelor's Thesis is to evaluate the current financial situation of the company TOS Varnsdorf, a.s. and the prediction of further development of the company by using outcomes from financial analysis and evaluation of creditworthy and bankruptcy models, including one rating model. The methodological section provides a theoretical definition of the methods of financial analysis and creditworthy and bankruptcy models. The practical part includes a basic description of the company and application of selected indicators of financial analysis (profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, activity ratios and debt ratios, labour productivity ratios, economic value added), selected eight creditworthy and bankruptcy models and a rating model. The final section provides an ex post evaluation of financial situation in the company and financial situation predictions based on the results of the models. |
